Information We Collect
When you sign up, we use Discord login to confirm your Discord account and check that you have the required tournament role.
When you connect Epic, we save your Epic display name for the tournament leaderboard.
During the tournament, we may record your placement, eliminations, points, and score update times.
How We Use Information
We use Discord information to confirm that you are allowed to enter.
We use your Epic display name so players and viewers can recognize you on the leaderboard.
We use match results to calculate standings and show tournament scores.
What Is Public
Your Epic display name, score, games played, placement data, eliminations, and leaderboard rank may be shown publicly on the website and broadcast overlays.
Your Discord user ID and OAuth tokens are not shown on the public leaderboard.
Storage And Retention
Signup and leaderboard data are stored on the tournament server.
Tournament staff can remove a player or reset leaderboard data when needed.
Data may be kept for scoring history, disputes, and tournament records unless it is removed.
Sharing
We do not sell player information.
Discord and Epic receive information only through their own login systems.
Public leaderboard data may be visible to players, spectators, and stream viewers.
Your Choices
You can choose not to complete Discord or Epic OAuth signup.
You can ask tournament staff to remove your player row or signup record.
Removing your row may affect tournament eligibility, scoring, and leaderboard placement.
Security
Discord and Epic login redirects use state checks to help prevent unauthorized signup attempts.
Signup records are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Discord user IDs are not stored directly; they are saved as keyed hashes for lookup.
Signup session cookies are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, signed with HMAC-SHA256, and set with HttpOnly and Secure attributes to help protect session data.
